Baptism/Registration/Formss
Anyone wishing to join the parish or make arrangements for a Baptism can complete the appropriate form and check submit at the bottom of the page. You can also print a copy and mail it to Christ, Our Light! or drop it off in the office, located off the main lobby on the Glouchester side of the church.
